With a strong foundation in civil engineering and quantity surveying, she has successfully overseen landmark projects and spurred growth across multiple sectors. Since founding her first business in Marble and Limestone in 2015, Aaisha has expanded her vision to establish three thriving mining companies: SYQ Mining, Al Haitham Investment, and Northern Resources. Under her guidance, SYQ Mining has also expanded internationally with operations in Tanzania.

Ahamed Hadi is a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in business management and entrepreneurship. Armed with an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, he has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, turning them into successful ventures. His expertise in strategic planning, combined with a passion for innovation, has driven the establishment of several prominent businesses across Oman. Currently, Ahamed serves as the Managing Director of Al Haitham Investment LLC, Alpha Mining LLC, Northern Resources LLC, Fayeda Travel & Tourism LLC, Harma Auto Accessories LLC, and Ahlan Auto Care LLC, Power Overseas LLC & Medicorp LLC showcasing his exceptional leadership and operational excellence.

Atul is a seasoned mining engineer with a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Shri Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Engineering Technology in Maharashtra, India (1993). With over 30 years of experience in the mining industry—24 of which have been in the Sultanate of Oman—Atul brings extensive expertise to his role as Chief Mining Engineer at Al Haitham Investment LLC.
Atul holds a Blasting License issued by the Royal Oman Police (STF) and has worked across a diverse range of mines, including Chromite, Gypsum, Limestone, and Gabbro. His roles have encompassed drilling and blasting, as well as quarry development and operations management. Atul’s vast experience is a cornerstone of Al Haitham’s success, making a significant contribution to Oman’s largest Dolomite Mine.
Midhun holds a master’s degree in Applied Geology from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, India (2016), and has eight years of experience in the geotechnical and mining sectors within the Sultanate of Oman. Throughout his career, he has established himself as a skilled and dedicated professional, contributing to various aspects of the mining industry with a focus on exploration and feasibility analysis.
Since 2022, Midhun has been an Exploration Geologist at Al Haitham Investment LLC, where he has played a pivotal role in the development of Oman’s largest Dolomite Mine. His efforts in land acquisition and feasibility studies have been instrumental to the project’s success, reflecting his technical expertise and commitment to excellence.
